Eligibility & Requirements

Academic Qualification
UG: Class 12 with 85–95%+ (competitive programmes may require higher scores). PG: Bachelor's degree with minimum 70–75% or equivalent GPA depending on programme.
English Language Requirements
IELTS: 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0). TOEFL iBT: 100+ recommended. Duolingo and other tests may be accepted for selected programmes.
Statement of Purpose
Required for most postgraduate programmes. Applicants should outline academic achievements, research interests, career goals, and reasons for choosing the University of Toronto.
Letters of Recommendation
Typically 2–3 academic or professional references are required for postgraduate and research-based programmes.
Passport & Supporting Documents
Valid passport, official transcripts, mark sheets, degree certificates, résumé/CV, and certified English translations where applicable.
Work Experience (MBA & Professional Masters)
Rotman MBA applicants generally require 2–5 years of professional experience. Some professional master's programmes may also prefer relevant work experience.
